Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon has poured cold water on speculation he could be a casualty of Juande Ramos' changes at White Hart Lane.
Spurs's Spanish tactician delivered silverware in his debut campaign at the club last season but is refusing to rest on his laurels as he oversees a busy summer in north London.
Reports have suggested Ramos is ready to cull a number of his squad in order to generate finances to bring in his own players, with high-profile names Lennon, Robbie Keane, Dimitar Berbatov, Paul Robinson, Pascal Chimbonba and Younes Kaboul all linked with departures.
Lennon has been mooted as being a possible transfer target of Aston Villa and Newcastle, amid talk David Bentley will sign for Spurs, but Lennon insists he remains full committed to his capital paymasters.
"There is no way I am leaving Tottenham," he told The Sun.
"I am settled here, I love the club and I feel my best form is yet to come.
"There is absolutely no reason for me to go anywhere else as I want to make a real contribution towards taking Spurs forward.
"The manager has never said a word to me about leaving - in fact it has been the opposite.
"Whenever I've spoken to him, he has given me tremendous encouragement. His words have been a real boost to my confidence.
"The manager has been right behind me since he came to the club and nothing has changed."
Rather than be cowed by the possible arrival of new faces, Lennon is embracing the idea of Ramos improving the club's playing staff.
"The more quality players the manager signs, the better it is for everyone - the club and players.
"We all respond to competition and I am no different. It's all about improving yourself and the team.
"No one can afford to stand still in football and I want to improve the whole time."

but keep reading JR is @#$% off with his attitude - buck up lad, or u r out !
i hope lennon stays he is not quite the finished product yet, he is still raw but has the potential to be as good as ronaldo or joe cole. He is similar to ronaldo and joe cole as in a young player showed promise with no end product. I think if ramos is patient he will take him to the next level
Enough said!
