Southend United boss Steve Tilson could be without star striker Lee Barnard for the play-off semi-final second leg with Doncaster, while Rovers striker Paul Heffernan is suspended after his red card in the first leg.
Former Tottenham striker Barnard picked up an ankle knock in the first leg and Tilson will wait until the last minute before making a decision on his inclusion.
He has taken part in light training and is expected to travel with the squad to Doncaster as Southend look to progress to Wembley and bounce straight back to the Championship.
Aside from Barnard, the Shrimpers have no fresh injury or suspension worries to contend with ahead of the second leg.
With the teams tied at 0-0, Southend will be hoping to maintain their current run of form which has seen them lose just one game in their previous 16 matches.
Rovers frontman Heffernan was sent straight off for violent conduct late in the first encounter at Roots Hall for a headbutt on full-back Charlie Mulgrew and will also miss the final, should Sean O'Driscoll's side get there without him.
Midfielder Richie Wellens is a doubt for the match with a groin injury. He will undergo surgery at the end of the season.
