Notts County manager Ian McParland believes he will be forced to play "a waiting game" as he attempts to bolster his squad over the summer.McParland has already identified potential targets and approached players but admits he may be made to wait until June, or even July before any of his transfer dealings come to fruition.
"Players will leave it to the last minute," he told the Nottingham Evening Post. "They will leave it until the end of June, or maybe even July.
"They won't commit themselves to anyone.
"If I go to them next week and say 'I'd like to sign you', they won't immediately sign.
"They will say, 'yeah, I am interested. I'd like to come to your football club, but I'm keeping my options open'."
