Stockport striker Liam Dickinson faces a tense race against time to be fit for Sunday's League Two play-off semi-final first leg at Wycombe.Leading scorer Dickinson, who has netted 19 goals this season, picked up a hamstring strain during the recent goalless draw at Chester.
He subsequently missed the final-day win over Brentford but is hoping to shake off the injury in time for the first leg at Adams Park (kick-off 6pm).
Dickinson said: "Physio Rodger (Wylde) is going to save that until Saturday or Sunday and we'll see how it goes from there."
If Dickinson is ruled out, manager Jim Gannon will be able to call on Anthony Pilkington, Leon McSweeney, Adam Proudlock or Ryan Lowe to take his place.
County's only long-term injury absentees are defender Rob Clare (shin) and striker Matty McNeil (knee).
