Great Britain Olympic hopeful Dwain Chambers clocked 10.28 seconds to win a 100 metre race in Birmingham.
Former drug cheat Chambers, who is set to challenge the British Olympic Association's lifetime ban ahead of the Beijing Games, ran and won his first 100 metres since 2006 in Kalamata, Greece, last week.
"We're still going through proceedings," the Londoner said of the challenge after his run. "When we are ready we will take the necessary steps."
The win on "home" soil was 0.02 seconds slower than the Greek effort but Chambers, 30, continued his attempts to force the BOA's hand with back-to-back victories.
The Olympic qualifying standard is 10.21 seconds - which has so far been met by Marlon Devonish, Harry Aikines-Ayreetey and Tyrone Edgar - but Chambers's two times this season mean he would be eligible to run at the UK trials in Birmingham on July 11.
Chambers - the world indoor silver medallist over 60 metres earlier this season - and Devonish, who ran 10.08 seconds at the Bislett Games on Friday June 6, are widely considered to be Britain's best hope for men's sprint medals.
Chambers served a two-year ban for a first offence but the BOA is the only association to ban convicted cheats for life from representing their country at the Olympic Games.
